Welcome to Pinewoods – our beautiful holiday park located next to the sandy beach of Wells-next-the-Sea in glorious North Norfolk. Part of Holkham’s eclectic range of businesses and enjoying all that being part of Holkham has to offer, our park comprises a unique mix of caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges available to book for holidays or to purchase as an owner, plus the Spoonbill Touring Park that welcomes visitors with their own caravans and motorhomes.

We’re also delighted to introduce our newest coastal park, The White Horse, located in the village of Holme-next-the-Sea, offering another wonderful way to enjoy a stay on the North Norfolk coast.
