“First time visiting here over the October Half term and we loved it. Our caravan was spotless, I think it was fairly new as well. We were located not far from the shop (which is very well stocked with the basics plus a lot of local products which was good) The Launderette was very close too – tokens available from the reception. The site is next to the sea and the beach is big and sandy. There is a café just outside the site which is great for snacks. It’s about a 20min walk into wells along the beach road path where you will find lots of independent shops and cafes. I highly recommend a stay here!”

“Amazing location, lovely and modern little mobile home we stayed in. Checking in and out was fast friendly and efficient. Our lodge even had a welcome pack, milk, bread, etc. park was nice and quiet. Great value for a lovely park.”

“A beautiful site with superb facilities and exceptionally clean washrooms. The fact that the washrooms remain open, even during cleaning, made the planning of our days easy, as there wasn’t a rush to use the facilities before they closed. We only know of one other site… with such good/clean facilities. We also particularly like the fact that the site cares about nature and demonstrates how it minimises the impact of its location. All staff were polite & extremely helpful, ensuring that our holiday was really enjoyable. Please don’t change a thing – we can’t wait for our next holiday in Wells!”

“Fabulous weekend. Wow! So pleased we booked our weekend break here. The site is a perfect location for the beach, pinewoods and harbour. Our dog friendly caravan (which was like a lodge) was fully equipped, comfortable, clean and even had a welcoming pack on arrival… Also visited Holkham Hall which is definitely a must. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the Harbour. We enjoyed a meal at Bang in Wells, dog friendly and great food! Also enjoyed a takeaway from French’s Fish & Chips – Delish! We can’t wait to return to Pinewoods as we have fallen in love with Wells Next The Sea! Great memories.”

“The Pinewoods team saved our weekend after we booked a private caravan that was really poor on arrival! They were able to find a place on site for us that was amazing and made for a fantastic and memorable long weekend for our family.
